Job Description:
Klipy CRM is a CRM platform specifically designed for consulting firms, B2B agencies and service-based small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Its main goal is to automate customer communication and sales administration management, helping businesses save time on manual data entry and tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, your main goal is to design, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive conversions. You will:
- Strategize, launch, and manage full-funnel campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Run A/B testing on creatives, audience targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and optimize campaign KPIs including CTR, CPL, ROAS, and CAC.
- Create detailed weekly performance reports with data-driven insights and clear action items.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product, sales, and design teams to align ad efforts with business goals.
- Stay ahead of changes in ad platforms, algorithm updates, and best practices in the paid media landscape.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing budgets of $5,000 USD+/month with measurable results.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to read performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience in lead generation and full-funnel campaign design.
- Ability to write and test high-converting ad copy and creatives.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO platforms, and email marketing tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Nice to Have (Bonus Points):
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer personas, and longer decision-making journeys.
- Previous work experience in a SaaS, consultancy, or RevOps-focused company.
